VENICE BEACH MUSIC FEST
Instructions for bands that would like to perform at Venice Beach Music Fest 10

Thank you for your interest in booking the VBMF 10. We will accept submissions through March 31, 2015.

Please be aware that there is only a minimal stipend for expenses for performers who are not national acts that we solicit. Please clearly state if you are able to donate a performance or what remuneration is required for your performance. If you are interested in playing the festival for the exposure it will provide and are willing to play any time slot on the day of the show, Saturday, September 12, 2015, please submit the following information in physical and electronic formats:

Please send a physical package including:

- Commercial copy of your CD(with contact info written on the CD)

- List of venues played and attendance at your shows from the past 12 months

- Band bio

- Band press photo

- Information about existing sponsor relationships that you can bring to the table with a booking

- Requested payment or offer of donation of performance

- On outside of package, please write: YOUR BAND NAME and VBMF 10 2015.

In addition to hard copy, please submit your info by email also! This allows us to move quickly to add you to the Web site if you are booked.

Send an email to VeniceBeachMusicFest@gmail.com with a subject line saying:
"Formally Submitting insertyourbandnamehere for VBMF 10 consideration"

In the email, please include:
- band bio
- promo pic
- links and urls to press
- contact phone
- contact email
- one mp3 that can be used for promotion of show.

- Information about existing sponsor relationships that you can bring to the table with a booking

- List of shows and attendance for past year
- Requested payment or donating the set

Please send both the hard copy and the email and we will carefully review your submission. Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed.

We will be making our lineup decisions for Venice Beach Music Fest 10 in April 2015.
